Leon Building Services was appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver a full internal refurbishment of the Learning Centre at the Heart of Worcestershire College, Bromsgrove Campus. This essential upgrade formed part of the College’s ongoing commitment to providing modern, high‑quality learning environments for students across Worcestershire.

Located on Slideslow Drive in Bromsgrove B60 1PQ, the project required a carefully managed approach due to the multi‑level layout and the need for the wider campus to remain operational throughout the works

1. Strip-Out & Preparation

• Removal of existing fixtures, fittings and redundant elements
• Controlled demolition of non-load bearing partitions
• Full site protection to retain surrounding building fabric

2. Interior Refurbishment

• Installation of new, durable flooring across all three connected levels
• Fresh decoration throughout to create a bright, welcoming study environment
• Internal layout alterations to improve circulation and usability

3. Mechanical & Electrical Upgrades

• Reconfigured electrical and data layouts to suit modern learning needs
• Installation of energy-efficient lighting solutions
• Adjustments to heating and ventilation systems
• Integration of all building services into the redesigned interior

All works were carried out in line with the specification provided by Harris & Associates, ensuring compliance, quality, and long‑term durability
